What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email), case information you choose to track (receipt numbers and their public status history), and usage data that helps us improve the product.

How we use it

To show you your case status, send the alerts you asked for, match you with relevant job listings, and operate the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

What we share

Nothing about your case or contact details reaches an employer or recruiter without your explicit action. Service providers that help us run MigraHub (hosting, email delivery) are bound by contract to use data only on our instructions.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your tracked cases and profile.
